A real share sits with the custodian. It issues one rSHARE. Price is oracle-anchored. The market never closes.

The desk.
Holders rehypothecate into the borrow pool and earn. Borrowers post collateral, take the share, sell it. Rate comes from utilisation, recomputed every block — not a twice-monthly filing.

In lieu.
Custody receives the dividend. Holders get paid. If the share is out on loan, the lender is paid in lieu, exactly as a real stock loan settles.
